Wicked Finds is based in the United States and operates our physical store in Fenton, Missouri. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in St. Louis County Missouri. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Waiver

No waiver by Wicked Finds of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Wicked Finds to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
